Eight of us on a Tuesday (half-priced wine) night celebrated like it was Friday. Food and wine were delicious. The halibut and duck confit were very tasty and even the burger deserved applause. I like the unpretentious setting combined with very good food. Friendly staff add to the enjoyment.

Cozy local spot where the chef seems to enjoy himself coming up with creative items. Great use of root vegetables in all of our dishes. Wines by the glass decent. You can even get a decent burger in the bar. Desserts are worth skipping. They sound better than they taste.

Another Pound Ridge fixture, but with too much fuss. Too much Soho, not enough country charm, make this a wanna-be five star jaunt, but give their menu a chance. Fresh fish and delicately prepared dishes make this place stand out, if only you could tolerate the pretentious bar and attitude of both patrons and servers. Take delivery instead.

We had a great time when we came up on a Tuesday night. The short rib appetizer was just amazing, very deep rich taste, and the sauce must have taken days to make. Very good selection of wines by the glass and affordable which is rare in these parts. Overall it was a lovely experience that made me feel at home and we will be coming back with lots of friends to enjoy this restaurant again!!!
