For thirty years we have been providing our patrons with delicacies in the form of a famous cheese collection, our robust Bedford Blend coffee, the grandest muffins around, a hearty bread selection and our much adored prepared foods. Every day you will find fresh gourmet additions ranging from divine cold salads to savory entrees all prepared with a complete knowledge of classic and current food trends.
"We embrace local farms and are sourcing our ingredients from I and Me Farm, Two Peas in a Pod, Cabbage Hill, Mobius Fields, and Hudson Harvest. Additionally, many of our products are made locally including Susie’s Smart Cookies , Bobbysue’s Nuts, and many Hudson Valley cheeses , Big Picture Farm, Goats milk caramels (made in Vermont but the couple who owns the Farm are from Bedford) Divvies cookies, candies made w/out peanuts, tree nuts, eggs or milk, Moo Chocolate, The Gracious Gourmet, Rick’s Pick’s, Harney and Sons Teas, Joe’s Chips and Drinks, Go-ggi Beef Jerky, and Wild Virginia dressing."
