Looking for a progressive humanist community? The Ethical Society of Northern Westchester is located at 108 Pinesbridge Rd., Ossining, NY 10562. We are a humanist religion, focused on social justice based on the principles among which are that we: affirm the dignity and worth of every individual, respect individual difference and cultural diversity, commit to a democratic way of life, recognize that each person has the moral potential to help make the world a better place for all, and rely on human compassion and intelligence as the best means for solving human problems and understanding the world. Sunday School is available during platform meetings. The children start the Sunday Platform with us; hearing a brief description of the adult platform topic before retiring to their own classrooms.
